We enjoy what we do.
We are a small practice and thrive on referrals and repeat business. It is important to us that we “get it right” and that our clients feel they have received a service of value. We work with owners/principals, property, estate and farm managers, solicitors, brokers and insurers covering a wide range of property types. Our team of professional and experienced surveyors have complementary backgrounds including residential and commercial loss adjusting, listed property valuations, development and Fine Art and Antiques. The majority of our work comes from referrals and we undertake a significant proportion of our valuations for overseas based clients of international Banks, Solicitors and Trust Managers.
We have a competitive fee scale but we always quote on a case by case basis to reflect the degree of difficulty (or otherwise) of the proposed task.
Please contact us if you require a valuation and would like a fee quotation.
